Trinity Homeless Centre
When approached to assist with raising £2.6 million for a homeless people's day centre, we began by thoroughly understanding the charity's mission and the challenges faced by those it serves. This included meeting with homeless individuals to gain firsthand insight into their needs. We then developed a compelling case for support, detailed project costings, and a comprehensive capital appeal strategy. Working closely with the charity, we recruited influential figures, including the lord lieutenant as appeal patron, and assembled a strong committee.
